so yeah i know everyone has one boob bigger than the other
but for me, one keeps growing, and one isnt at all
and im afraid soon that one will be a different cup size
will it even out!?!?

Well number one, no not everyone has one boob bigger than the other. And number two, you're only 14 so trust me you still have a lot more growing to do. But for now, try buying pads from a underwear store to fill it in for now. Good Luck!

It's normal for them to vary, even by a cup size. You notice it way more tha anyone else- after all, real ones are never exactly the same size anyway.
If you're still concerned ask a doctor, but I'm sure you're fine. It's typically a concern only if the difference is 2 sizes or more.
