I'm going to california in march and i want to look good in a bathing suit.
I need to lose some weight. I'm not like crazy over weight, i just need to lose at least like 10 or 15 pounds.
I live on campus at a college and they dont always have the best food...
What are some suggestions to losing weight and getting in good form?
kerry_jeanne answered Saturday January 24 2009, 2:23 pm: There are certain diets you can go on that will slim you up quite a bit. Also, working out to tone your body helps. When I want to drop a quick 10-15 pounds I get on the cottege cheese and tomato diet, and go running everyday. It may sound gross depending on what you like to eat but it sheds pounds really fast.
