(they take some of the stuff inside out with a needle and they will be able to tell). [ kaitlin1002283's advice column | Ask kaitlin1002283 A Question ]

It's an umbilical hernia, caused from cutting the unbilical cord too short. It means nothing and she's fine. No Worries. Good Luck! [ kerry_jeanne's advice column | Ask kerry_jeanne A Question ]
Friday_im_in_love answered Thursday January 22 2009, 11:19 pm: My moms a vet and my dog also has a squishy bump on her belly. Usually in dogs they are fatty tumors that are not harmful and sometime dogs can have many of them, but you should have her checked no matter what. Don't stress about it though, they are very common. If you happen to have a cat however and they have one, they are usually cancerous and need to be checked immeadiately. [ Friday_im_in_love's advice column | Ask Friday_im_in_love A Question ]
karaa answered Thursday January 22 2009, 11:18 pm: it could be a tumor, but then again it could something as little as an ingrown hair, which is harmless. ultimately i would suggest you take your dog to a vet just to be on the safe side [ karaa's advice column | Ask karaa A Question ]
jessikadangles answered Thursday January 22 2009, 11:14 pm: it could be a tumor. I have a daschound mix and she has developed a lot of them. they're tumor but fixable if you take care of them quickly. don't worry to much until you get a vets opinion [ jessikadangles's advice column | Ask jessikadangles A Question ]
