wakeing up on time

every day i always get to school late i would always try to get there on time when i sleep i don't hear nothing i want to get to school on time but i don't know what to do

An alarm clock definitely is a good thing to have. I started using one in high school and ever since i've been waking up much better. I use the alarm on my iHome but of course there are other regular alarms clocks you can buy. good luck.

try to have your parents, sister, ect. wake you up on time for a month. also, try to always go to bed and wake up at the same time, even on weekends. i know this sounds weird, but your internal clock will learn to program itself kind of. therea are also many clocks that are unique in that they roll away so you have to get up before the stop beeping or the beeping gets continualy louder until you shut it off. the price isnt very high for either. also, you could set your phone on vibrate alarm and leave it in your pocket or something when you go to bed. maybe the movement will get you up. just an idea. also, since you have a short time to get ready because of the waking-up problem, set out your outfit in the morning and pack your bag thhe night before. another good way to save time is to buy protien or breakfast bars so breakfast can be quick but not entirely skipped. hope i helped<3
