Headaches are common before, during or after your period, but fevers aren't. A fever is indicative of an infection. Speak to your doctor.

I always get headaches during my period, but never for that long. I would talk to my doctor if I were you about the headaches, as he or she may perscribe you a migrane medication. This may be a severe case of pms or severe fatigue, as your period can definately wear you out. try to eat well and have lots of protien and iron during your period. hope i helped<3
