So I have this weird problem where when I have to read something in class, I get really nervous. My voice shakes, and I have to swallow a lot, other wise my voice gets caught on saliva, and I even tremble a little. I know this is nothing really serious, but it bothers me, and I wish I didn't get so nervous, but I can't seem to stop it. This only started recently, maybe a month ago. Can someone help me?

I've learned that things like this are in my head, or in my imagination. If you're confident in yourself, you shouldn't be afraid to speak in front of others. don't be afraid. there really is nothing to be nervous about. take a deep breath and relax, and know that everyone else goes through what you do, too.
