How to handle overload I run a free monthly newsletter online reaching 1,000 people nationally. It is high demand. Have a small staff that won't work with me. Newsletter is over 30 pages long after tons of cut backs. For me to handle it is just too much being a housewife and homeschooling the kids. I am also trying to write books and the newsletter is a great stepping stone for that. Well, what do I do now? I can't write it all, don't see how to cut it back, kids need schooling first, really need the money of writing plus my dream, where to go from here?

For the newsletter, you clearly need the help of your staff, so work on getting them in order. maybe for one month skip the newsletter and get the group together. Also, try shortening the newsletter by organizing the newsletter in to catagories and limiting how much you allow yourself to put in each catagory. hope i helped<3 ]
