i need the 411 on this seeeing im 13 and still do it because my friend makes me laugh, i dont entirely pee my pants but enough for people top see! so i could use some exersises that can prevent this happening in public even though i do a pretty good job hiding this.i can really use help!
Also, wear incontinence pads, i know it sounds embarrassing but no one would know, they are just like wearing sanutary pads for your period, but they're especially made for that problem (and more effective that sanutary pads), and also have something in them that cleanses and stops it from smelling. Most older women have this problem. Since you
are 13 please mention it to your doctor on
your next visit. Its nothing to worry about,
so please don't, but your doctor may be able
to help since you are young yet. :) [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]

Basically all you do is contract your muscles and release.
Which muscles you may be asking..? Next time you wee, stop the flow of urine. Hold. and release. That is what muscles you should be using.
BUT.. don't actually carry on doing this as you urinate - I only stated it above so you understand which muscles I'm talking about.
Do this when you aren't urinating (any time is fine, like sitting down for example).
Do 10 sets 3 times a day and gradually increase how long you contract each muscle for. Start with around 3 seconds and work your way up.

You contract the muscles you use to hold the flow of your urine, relax, and then contract again. These are muscles, so don't overdo it. I know two women (they happen to be sisters) who pee their pants when laughing too hard. I don't know if the Keigel excersize will work. The only other thing, besides talking to a doctor, is use a pad if this happens often. [ kristamikele's advice column | Ask kristamikele A Question ]
