okay so if i wanted to make my down stairs tighter and like smaller..
a) is that possible?
b) is there any exercises to do this?
c) no i'm not a slut by the way.

However there are actually exercises out their to make child birth easier, can prevent uturine prolapse, can make sex more pleasurable, and I suppose, in a sense, make vaginas tighter. They are called Kegal exercises.
kristamikele answered Thursday January 8 2009, 12:17 pm: It is called the Kiegel (not sure how to spell it) excersize. Basically, you pretend that you are stopping the flow of your urine. Hold it for a few seconds, let go, do it again. You can do this any time because noone will know. This will not make your vagina smaller, but it will make the muscles stronger, which has basically the same effect. The vaginal walls are muscles, so don't overdo it, because they can actually get sore. If you do this excersize every day, it will work miracles.
