Ipod touch?
does anyone have an ipod touch? i definately want to by an ipod and im not sure whether to just save money and buy a nano, or buy the ipod touch. is the ipod the ipod touch worth the money? and do they break easily?
also do you have to have wifi access at the time to go on facebook or can you go on it whenevere because its an app?

I have an iTouch :)
They're worth the 300 dollars. And the new additions, like the speakers that play the songs out loud is a nice feature. It depends on how much songs you have. The nano is cheaper and holds more songs.
The problem i have with my iTouch is that it freezes easily. If i run an app like facebook or last.fm it takes a while to load, and if you touch the screen while its loading it freezes, or at least mine does.
You need to have wifi access to go on facebook because it requires internet. But some other apps don't need wifi. I'm not sure if you need wifi to download them. You might be able to download them straight from iTunes store on the computer.
If I were you, I would definitely go for the iTouch :)

The ipod touch is AMAZING! Sadly, I don't have it... but I wish I did! It has just about everything, actually lol. It has internet connection, tons of options for games, movies, all that good stuff. It's awesome, and I SO wish I had it.
It is definetly worth the money. My brother has one and I use it sometimes... it's pretty darn cool!
So, if I were you, I'd get it! =]

I think you should deffinatly buy the Ipod touch, one because it can fit more songs, and two it looks better, duh. Yes it's deffinatly worth it. & it doesn't break easily @ all, you just have to care for it.
& yes unfortuanly you do have to have wifi acess whenever you do want to use the internet.
There's also a lot more stuff on the touch then on the nano, for expamle notes, youtube, and you can add other things like games & such.

I had the same problem deciding, but I can tell you right now I bought the new ipod touch and it was just about the best decision of my life. haha. I absolutely love my ipod touch, and the picture you get from the videos and everything is AMAZING, its crystal clear. You can play it out loud, and I have TONS of FREE apps that are really great, my friends and I enjoy playing them together, and I like playing by myself too. Yes I do have internet access to facebook, google, google earth, safari, itunes, and everything you can think of but i forgot my internet password so i have to fix it right now :-) oops. Mine has not broken and I have had it for a while, I have even dropped it a BUNCH of times. If it were up to me I would get the ipod touch, but the nano is cool too. Also, the ipod touch is very easy to use. Good luck with your decision :-)
