ok sometimes when my boyfriend and i are making out and stuff, he kinda almost gets some kind of rash around his upper chest/neck area. is this normal? someone told me that happens when the guy is turned on?

This is totally normal. It's kind of like blushing. When some people get excited their chest and neck area reacts by turning red. It isn't a rash.

Thats normal.
My boyfriend does that.
Its even worse during sex.
Its not really a rash, its just lots of redness.
Nothing to worry about.
It just means he's really horny.
