mind set i know how to lose weight, i exercise and all that.
but whenever i have a really good day i always end up eating crap food at the end, and can never seem to stay determined.
any ideas to help me stay focused, like things to think?

its good to have a mind set that you CAN have whatever you want. its unhealthy to tell yourself what you cannot have because sooner or later you could over indulge on it from not having it. and that wouldn't be good, right? Just keep in mind to stay balanced with eating healthy and know when your eating unhealthy. think moderation and not elimination. ]

Honestly I got sick. Had to go to the docotors and relized I lost 14 pounds. With out trying ( i work at walmart on the floor so im always moving) Drink just water. water is good for you and helps you burn calories. Just try the smaller portions. One time my mother and I went on a diet were you just eat meat. No dairy products, No breads, No spaghetti. Salad with very little dressing. It Helped. By a really cute out fit that doesnt fit and hang it on your wall and make it your goal. thats what i did. ]
