Dizzy, forgetful?

Question Posted Monday December 15 2008, 5:58 pm

Lately, I have started working out more.
I also have started to get dizzy very often. I forget things that I was told just a few seconds ago. Also, the circulation in my legs have been retarded. Sometimes I forget to eat, so maybe that could effect. I just am not hungry very often anymore.

The fact that you forget to eat accounts for the dizziness. It may also account for the circulation issues because certain vitamins & minerals are responsible for proper circulation.

You may not be hungry because when you work out more, your metabolism speeds up, thus, causing your body to move faster. You may be busy thinking of things other than eating.

Something very, very similar to this happened to me when I first started taking adderall.
In this period, I drew for hours on end, eating one piece of fish in a whole day.

Also, when someone starts to lose weight, subconsciously, they notice their progress & don't want to do anything to sabotage it. Your brain can control your hunger. I don't mean the way that the hypothalamus controls hunger. I mean that it's possible to convince yourself that you've eaten enough, even if you've eaten nothing.

Perhaps you're experiencing something similar.

Have you had a sudden preoccupation with your weight? Sometimes when people start paying attention to their size or weight they may unconsciously begin to form anorexic tendencies. You may not consciously think "I want to stop eating," but you will have I disinterest in food and maybe even an inability to eat as much as you used to. Start consciously thinking about your need to eat and if you see it becomes a problem, please don't hesitate to get help.

On a side note, water is also very very important. Make sure you are keeping hydrated both while exercising and during your regular routines throughout the day.

i think your working out too much you need to take it slow you cant pressure your body so much because if you dont eat and your feeling the way your are it culd end up being hazardous to your health.
