ice cream so i really love ice cream and cookies! they're my favorite sweet foods, but for the past couple months ive been eating very healthy. only oragnic foods. and im working out trying to stay fit and possibly lose a couple pounds. anyways sometimes i feel like i just need some ice cream! is it okay to have ice cream a couple times a week? or will this make me fat?

If you are eating a variety of other healthy foods, treating yourself to some ice cream every now and then is just fine! ]
To stay fit, your diet needs to be sustainable. If this involves you having an ice cream once in a while, it can still work. As long as you don't have too much, you'll be fine. Try not to get used to having it too often though. ]
