The only bad thing I can think of is that it might block off blood flow to the breast depriving the tissue of much needed nutrients, but that's only if you wear a severely tight bra (and I mean the band that goes around your ribcage, not the material that is covering the breasts).
Also, I highly doubt that wearing a bra to bed prevents sagging, because the breast tissue isn't pulled down by gravity (unless you sleep vertically of course), and that's just a random thought I'm putting out there because I saw someone mention it below.
But if you are concerned about your breast size there is always the option of wearing a push bra (the Victoria's Secret bras work really well and are quite comfortable).

In fact, wearing a sports bra could help curb saggy-ness in the future. I think you'll be fine, I know I am more comfortable sleeping in a bra. However, once in a while I'd sleep bra-less just to let your chest breathe.

I used to sleep with one all the time. and once i found that out i stopped wearing one at night... i also foudn the only regular bra that i like is a push up bra from fashion bug.
