Hurt my butt haha, would it still work if i did it on a bed?

Haha, the same happens to me. I'm not sure if doing them on a bed would affect the exercise at all, but it could. I would suggest still doing them on the floor, but try placing a pillow or a folded blanket underneath you to support your butt. :-P

Ah! They make my back burn, I must be doing them wrong. But it works really well if you sit on the edge of your bed, with your legs on the bed so backwards I guess and you and extend farther than a 180 degree angle
