Well, I didn't like my Nikon Coolpix.
You would be better off with a Sony or a Canon :)
I have the Sony Cybershot T20 and I love it.
It work amazingly, even at a metal festival, 90% of the pictures I took of bands(moving, and me being pushed around) aren't blurry.
My Nikon stopped focusing after two months..and all pictures with flash were still blurry.

I have a Nikon Coolpix. It's an amazing camera. But. I think the canon one will be better. Which ever one that has more Megapixels, I suppose. But yeah.. Coolpix isn't so good with moving objects.
