For your Harry Potter question yes Cedric did die in the Goblet of Fire, but the reason he is in the Order of the Phoenix is because they are refrensing him. Do you remember the part where the order is in the room of requirments and it is christmas. Cho is at the board that has all their names on it and she's looking at him wondering about him. Harry see's comes over and she refenses him by asking Harry if Cedric knew magic. He wasn't really in the movie he was just being brought back for people to reminisce about him.

And yes Cedric does die in the Goblet of fire, however in the Order of the Pheonix he is shown not as living or dead, but as a "memory" so to say. Kind of like a live tape recording except you see the person and it's as if they're talking to you. haha sorry, kinda hard to explain, but all you need to know is that he is dead, and he doesn't come back to life.
I hope you enjoy the IMAX theater if you go&hope I helped [ es's advice column | Ask es A Question ]
