ab workout plan okay so i decided im gonna get my abs looking great =)
i know alot of things i can do but how often should i do them and for how long? i basically need a plan.
does anyone here have a good ab workout plan that works really good for them?

And Obviously Less Of The Sugary/Fatty Foods
Start Off You Plan As A Light workout
As Soon As You Get Accustomed To this.. Make It more Challengine Ie More Sit Ups..
Try To Make Your Workout Fit Into A Pattern Ie. Have It Around The Same Time Each Day. Ie After School/Work, In The Morning, Or BEfore Bed
