Where ever they find you, in your car, your home, your work, where ever. They will cuff you, frisk you and take you to jail. Tell me, do you want this happening to you on the interstate where your car will be impounded and you'll have to pay to get it out, or in front of your co-workers? You have a better choice, go down and get it taken care of on your own two feet. Not dragged in, have some respect for yourself.

the person whom answered this below me is correct but depending on why you got arrested unless its a pretty serious matter than they will wait until you get a speeding ticket, or charged with another crime if you do a crime and try and hide it from you. a police officer can't hold you on a charge but they can dig in your past if they see you have a warrent they can hold you on that.

They have the right to arrest you anywhere, and they have the right to just walk in your house. And yes, they can show up and arrest you at work
