Sweet_LiL_Angel answered Friday November 14 2008, 3:08 pm: the person whom answered this below me is correct but depending on why you got arrested unless its a pretty serious matter than they will wait until you get a speeding ticket, or charged with another crime if you do a crime and try and hide it from you. a police officer can't hold you on a charge but they can dig in your past if they see you have a warrent they can hold you on that.
