simply copy the url (url is the address of the page which is displayed on the top) of the youtube page in which there's the video you want to download
and paste it in the space provided in the website i've given you.

If you want to get just the audio, use Zamzar:

If you want to play the video on your mp3 player, also use Zamzar:
