I've been growning my hair for a year now and it had gotten pretty long, it's pat my
breasticles". Anywayy, after last month my hair stopped growing, or as so it seemed. Is there a way to make my hair grow fater? I;m not talking pills or anything, but I don't know, you tell me.
Thank you.
Also, 17/female. I straighten and sometimes blow dry my hair, and I can stop that- I know it damages it :/
A good multivitamin might be the place to start for making hair grow longer and healthier. Here is a list of specific vitamins and minerals you're going to want to take though:
To strengthen your hair you should buy shampoos, conditioners, and leave-in conditioners that include pro-vitamin B5 (also referred to as panthenol). It helps to heal your hair, recovering it from split-ends and helping it stay long and strong. It may also help to thicken the hairs if they are thinning and breaking, making it shorter.
Remember that leave-in conditioners are your friend when it comes to dyed, dry, and damaged hair. Also, try to use products that help to protect against heat products if you are a user of blowdriers, curling irons, and even straighteners. Protecting your hair will allow it to be long and not break off easily so make sure you take good care of it.
I use a wonderful shampoo with heat-protecting additives. The heat-protecting shampoos tend to help lock in moisture for your hair to remain healthy. You can also purchase an entirely separate spray for heat-protection. So, in short, look for heat-protecting, moisture-sealing, and panthenol-containing in hair products.
