Question Posted Sunday October 26 2008, 8:38 pm

i have to make a page for my biology project on a pbwiki. i want to add pictures, but when i copy the picture and try to paste it EITHER using ctrl + v OR the "paste" button, a box comes up that says:

Your browser's security settings prevent direct pasting with this editor button. Please close this window, move your cursor into the desired location, and use Ctrl+V on your keyboard to paste content from your clipboard.

i tried turning off my pop-up blocker, adblock, etc. but nothing is helping, and i can't add pics to my page. how can i fix this?

in addition, it doesn't work when i copy the HMTL code from a site like photobucket either.

You can't copy/paste images to a text field on any website. Trying it will always fail one way or another, no matter what your security settings are.
