okay so im 5'3 108 pounds. i know im not fat!! but like i feel like everytime i eat something, im guna get fat. i eat really healthy though most of the time! maybe once a week i will have some ice cream or eat some fried food but thats it! idk whats wrong withme but whenver i eat i feel like, guilty, and i feel like i need to workout asap! even though im at a healthy weight and my body is pretty fit.. idkkk! i think i have like a phobia of becoming fat!?!?????? advice tips?!

that could lead to some problems if you dont try to control yourself now becuase your becoming your own enemy by critizing your body.your at a good weight level and no just by eating ice cream twice a week will not make you fat.you have to get that out of your head. you should try to join a sport team if your not already in one.i would also stop weighting myself all the time if you do.good luck

I'm about your same physique as well (i'm a couple pounds heavier though! lol) and I know how guilty it is. I loooove ice cream, and especially late at night when those cravings come out.

But seriously, there is NO need to worry! Metabolism at your age is incredibly great. Your body burns fat quickly and easily. It sounds like you barely eat anything "bad" for you? Once or twice a week? That's nothing! lol Give yourself a snack once a day. As long as you continue to try and eat healthy and get SOME physical exercise, you'll be fine! There's nothing wrong with ice-cream/snacks. If you feel like working out though, do it like a few hours after you eat, so you can digest.

Well try not to suddenly have the urge of wanting to workout after you eat something, the reason you are probably getting this feeling is because it happened once, and its turned into a habit.

Try your best to not let this urge to exercise overwhelm you or you could start to stop eating.
