Depends on the guy. I didn't use any body spray or perfume for awhile. Some guys commented about how good I smelled because of the shampoos I used. Like strawberry milk, green apple, etc. The scent is just sweet and lingering. Lotion is good too.
I use Bath & Body Works Black Raspberry. It's fresh and it's not too overpowering.
All I know is that guys don't like perfume that is so heavy, it's for old women. It's like trying to disguise bad smell.. a mix of fruit and flowers.
I say anything fresh and light would be good.

It's really all preference. Perfume smells different on everyone. Stay away from fruit smells. Barly anyone likes those.

Avoid anything too strong or fruity/flowery. And stay far far away from Love Spell. It's the girl equivalent of Axe.
Something else clean and fresh smelling (that clean laundry smell), like Victoria's Secret Pink Fresh and Clean.
Or vanilla, which has been scientifically proven to turn guys on. Victoria's Secret Vanilla Lace smells amazing.
Subtle is key. Use a scented lotion, then spray a TINY bit- in your hair, on your shoulders (so he smells it when he hugs you) and on the back of your knees (pulse points, will make it last longer). Spray half an hour before you go out so it's not too strong.
One thing most girls don't realize is that good smelling hair makes a huge difference. Try Garnier Fructis or John Frieda (the color line).
