StarryNightSkies answered Tuesday October 14 2008, 11:04 pm: Do you have pets? Tis the season for fleas :[ that is exactly what mine looked like last year exactly in october. I suggest everything everyone else is saying, wash everything!
also, have you been using a new laundry detergent, fabric softener, soaps or anything new that you could possibly be allergic to?
ccupcake07 answered Tuesday October 14 2008, 3:24 pm: It looks like it could be mosquito bites or maybe chiggers. Make sure that you wash and dry your sheets so you get rid of any bugs that may be in your bed. Also, if you go in tall grass, wear long pants and boots so they don't get in your clothes and bite you. You can try benadryl itch cream. If it dosen't help or clear up within the next 5-7 days, i would go to the doctor. Hope this helps! [ ccupcake07's advice column | Ask ccupcake07 A Question ]

HEAT will kill them, so wash and DRY your pillow case covers, sheets blankets..the works. You can throw the pillows themselves into the dryer for about 20 minutes and that will take care of that. Also vacumn up under your bed and all around it. After a couple days your "sores" should start to heal if this indeed what it is.
*Stand up the box spring and shine a flashlight through the gauze fabric to expose bed bugs.If the fabric is torn ( possible hiding place), remove fabric to prepare for spraying.
*Vacuum in area of bed bug harborages with an vacuum attachment. Vacuum along baseboards, nearby furniture, bed stands, rails, headboards, footboards, bed seams, tufts, buttons, edges of the bedding as well as the edges of the carpets(particularly along the tack strips) are key areas to vacuum. A good vacuum cleaning job may remove particles from cracks and crevices to encourage greater insecticide penetration.
Discard vacuum cleaner bag in a sealed plastic bag when finished.

Do they itch like mad?
If they do then you might actually have scabies... I had this a while back (got it from my bf's idiot roomie). Your doctor can give you a good prescription for it.
Or, you might have chicken pox... It's a real possibility so don't laugh. Again, you would need to go to a doctor and have yourself examined.
Do they hurt?
You may, in fact, have bedbugs... You can see them though, so scour your bed and bedroom and see if you can see any bugs. they're nocturnal so do it with a soft light (low wattage) and late in the afternoon (around 530 or 6.
If you do or don't find any bugs, strip the bed completely and throw everything you sleep with (stuffed animals, pillows, sheets, blankets, odd articles of clothing, EVERYTHING) into the washer and wash it on HOT at least three times with some very potent laundry soap (which will probably not smell fantastic, yay lye. You can then wash it all with something that actually smells good). If you can't put it all in the washer right then you need to at least get it out of your room and into some place like the garage where the infestation (whatever it may be) can die off while it's waiting to be washed.
