I really like him but might not have a chance with him
Ok so i like this guy named daniel hes really cute and and funny the problem is that he just got broken up with by my friend marygrace and he says he still likes her but might like this other girl. Im going to ask him who he going to dance with at our school dance and see if he says me Is that a bad idea? We are pretty good friends but im not sure if he likes me and is over marygrace.

No, there's no problem with you asking him. This way if he says that he planned on taking you, then you have a good chance of him liking you. If your pretty good friends, then that'll be an even better reason for you to ask him, and a lot easier. Also, if your pretty good friends, then it'll be easier for you to hint around the bush on who he "currently" likes lol..

No I think it's a good idea to ask him that. I mean if you like him go for it. It's fine to ask somebody. I am sure if your friend is really a true friend she would be happy for you if he does say that you're the girl he likes. Then again if he doesn't, or you decide not too then there are always other great guys out there.
