ok. this is going to be sort of hard to describe, or I'd look it up on like webMD or something. I know none of you are doctors, and you can't cure me, but I'm just looking for a basic idea of what's wrong, not a cure. here's the problem: on my left knee, there is this certain "spot" where if I kneel on it, or even just lightly brush my finger on it, in a sort of certain way, there is this terrible pain that shoots through my body. it's like spine-straightening pain. i don't know how to describe what the pain feels like exactly, so yeah. but it's really weird, and really painful, because we do this thing in gym where we crawl across the floor, and i always hit that spot multiple times, and my whole body straightens out immediately. and i honestly don't know what's wrong. does anyone have any idea whatsoever?

-you could have bruised your knee badly on the inside
-maybe you have sprained it
-pulled a muscle badly?
-you could have something pretty wrong with it though. Maybe you should see a doctor if it doesn't get better. [ shelbz7077's advice column | Ask shelbz7077 A Question ]
