Scroll all the way to the bottom, and you'll find tons of over the counter, cheap.. but effective treatments!

Good luck.
This is all natural.

I had the same problem when I was in middle school, I got rid of the blackheads using proactive everyday, especially scrubbing your nose with a round little luffa pad (almost like a scarring (sp?) pad), while you are using the first step of proactive try mixing it with St. Ives Apricot scrub, wash your face with warm water, put the mask that comes with it on 3x a week, especially around your nose and eyes, then continue using the rest of the products on as directed and in a few weeks it should be gone. The bumps on your forehead need to be exposed to fresh air, meaning put your bangs AWAY FROM YOUR FACE! When the grease and oil is covered by hair (more grease and oil) then it is not allowed to naturally dry up. Everything should go away you just have to make sure to follow the proactive. Hope this helps a little bit!
