Pelvic Exam

When your doctor does a Pelvic Exam (pap smear), can she tell if you have had sex or not?

Not unless you tell her. She will know if
your hymen is broken. That doesn't
necessarily mean you are sexually active.

It is a good idea to let your doctor
know you are sexually active. She can
give you information on birth control,
STD and also answer any questions you
might have.

You really should always be honest with
your doctor. :)

Unless you have an STD, than no. And even non sexually active people can have STD's, so there's really no way to tell.
