so has anyone heard of not bein able to get your tongue pierced because your cord thing that attaches your tongue to your mouth was too long ( it reached the tip of my tongue)
because thats what the piercer that wqas going to pierce my tongue said.. is this true?

Without physically seeing your tongue, it's impossible to say. SOMETIMES, if the piercer isn't confident enough, they will make up crap basically.
Before you get upset about it, make sure what he/she is saying is correct. Go to another piercer and see what they say. If the same thing happens, then sorry, but a tongue piercing just isn't for you.

if a professional said that, its probably true. bad news is, you wont get your tongue pierced. :( (i know how you feel. my dad wont let me pierce my tongue) but the good news is, you'll stay friends with the dental hygentists!
that really sucks, though. maybe a lip piercing? or two?
