Pneumonia from a busted lip?

Well, my friend has a past of making up illnesses to get attention and I have finally decided to catch her in the act..

Is there any way you can get Pneumonia from a busted lip?

MAYBE, she got confused and accidentally called it pneumonia? You never know.. but since she has a habit of lying, you can't blame yourself for wondering.

No, Phenumonia is caused by infections, passed on by other people, Germs etc. It can not be caused by a "busted lip".
