I went to the hair salon and they told me to by Matrix Shampoo and conditioner. Its been helping too. I'm not loosing so much hair. You normally loose around 130 hairs a day so that much is normal. You hair pores could be clogged so you need that Matrix shampoo to help you out. Dry getting the split ends cut off your hair too!
On the other hand you must eat healthier. You don't have to be a health freak but what you eat also helps alot of stuff that has to do with your body! hope i helped.

You don't eat and when you do it's unhealthy foods, and you also mentioned you use a hair straightener almost everyday..
1. Hair straighters will damange your hair, They do work yes. However they dry up the hair and cause major dead ends. They are okay to use but only once in awhile.
2. Eatting healthy is important not only for the body health wise but because you need the vitimins. Milk is healthy for the teeth and bones..certain foods are good for certain things. You need to start eatting more fruits and vegetables.
the first step is too lay down the straighting iron and turn to more healthy foods. If the problem doesn't stop then it's time to see a doctor.
