Fruits & Vegetable should be like 40% of your daily intake. If your athletic, it should be 50, and also drinking about 15 cups (not 8) of water a day (thats what I do during sport seasons).
Many like celery, cauliflower, lettuce and spinach, brocolli, (none of them cookeddd) have "negative calories" because you burn more calories from eating and digesting them than they have themselves initially. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]

Stick to green tea and water, try to abstain from sodas, which are filled with sugar and fat. Granola bars are a pretty healthy, low-fat snack. Replace white bread with whole grain. Get a grilled chicken sandwich instead of a cheeseburger. Buy low-fat butter. There are many healthy ways to eat. Also, exercise is just as important as diet is in order to stay healthy. I suggest creating a work-out routine to do every other day. Good luck! =] [ Emaho's advice column | Ask Emaho A Question ]
