Well first off your 13 years old meaning your still in the growing stage and your body has not fully developed second of all..i know you think eating only 3 times a day is healthy and makes you lose weight but really..eating 6 little meals a day makes you lose weight quicker because food gives you energy which makes you more energetic and when youre more energetic your metabolism moves faster which helps you lose weight third of all..dont stress about losing weight you are 13 years old and you are in the growing stage both mind and body..soo splurge every once in awhile youre a kid!

You need to a little more and don't go overboard on the excersising. My friend did that one time and had a stroke from it so i would definatly eat more because you are eating to less and pushing yourself to much. Hope this helps!

How much do you eat?
If you don't eat much, you're probably burning off more calories than you're eating. Your blood sugar is probably really low, it's not good. Eat more, or exercise a bit less. You'll still lose weight, just not as quickly...believe me, it's not good. Stop damaging your body while you're ahead.

Drink more water, eat more, healthy things if you're concerned about your weight...exercise less and not as intense.

You need to eat.
If you don't eat, or if you eat less than you exercise, your body will stop functioning and burning calories. Don't limit your eating and think that you can eat less, exercise more and burn more weight off that way. It's not true. You will eventually weaken your body and your metabolism as well. I recommend eating more throughout the day but in smaller portions. Like 5-6 meals. Small. Proportional and nutritious. The dizzyness will, therefore, fade. And your body will be able to burn MORE calories that way than just not eating anything. When you eat less and exercise more, your body doesn't have anything to burn. Make sense?
It happened to me.
