Well, you can't really get people to ask you questions. Really, you have to give out your best
advice, and hope people can see that you do a great
job.It's hard but a lot of people need help in this
world. So, keep giving your advice and soon their
will be a question waiting in your inbox for you to
read!

Answer honestly and try looking up or researching answers to help back up what your saying.
But, be aware that most people, including myself, prefer to get more than one persons oppinion on a question so they just ask it to everyone.

But...
If you answer a lot of pool questions [those asked to everyone] like me, you'll be seen more frequently and people will start to notice you.
Don't just answer the same questions over and over. Step out of the box and try to help people you might not normally help. But that doesn't mean answer questions with "I don't know! lol Hope I helped!". It means if you put forth an effort, people will notice that.
