losing weight what to eat...

hey guys! 17 f
trying to lose weight. i'd say i dont look overweight.. but my weight is considered overweight..i currently weigh 183. ive been trying to lose weight by..
-not eating after hours.
- eating smaller portions..
- no greasy stuff. sugary stuff..
- (list of what i eat now) mostly boiled things. like boiled eggs.. boiled sweet plantains.. special k... maybe a slice of cheese... a small portion of rice.. orange juice..
yeah i dont drink water =/ I KNOW. its horrible but i just dont.. i force myself but i end up throwing it up.. what can i do? i mean this diet works but im not sure if its healthy or not =/..

your diet seems possible..but really all you need to do..is eat lots of vegetable..fruits..and lean meats like chicken or fish..cut out alot of carbs..dont eat after 7..if you have a craving..go ahead and eat it right away and eat it in moderation..also for a desert..you can by low fat sugar free iceacream and by some fruit toppings..its really good and very low fat..also with this diet you need to exercise..about 30 min of cardio..and then tone your muscles..get a membership at your nearest gym and work out there..i know that you want to lose weight quick but within two weeks with just eating healthy and excercising..you are gonna see results..theres no good diet out there..eating healthy is the way

have you ever tryed vitamin water, i never tryed it but i hear some people like it. my diets small and simple like your without sugary and every once in a while something greasey, haha. i eat carrots, tomatoes, and celeri as a snack for when im just hungry, and i eat waffles and peanut butter alot, haha. or stawberry waffles, my fav. and you should make sure you at least eat something with protein, like beans or meat. also grape juice is good for your heart. and you should atleat have some wheat bread or some kind of bread. also if you like yogart, that's not many calories. and pickles are practicaly no calories. you should aslo eat some fruit, i eat strawberries, blackberries, peaches, bananas, all fruits healthy and good to eat. i think thats all food groups, haha.

to make sure you have a healthy diet, you need to eat something from all food groups every day. water really helps too. i know you dont like it, but what if you tried flavored water or you could put some water in cranberry juice [or any other juice] to water it down. you still get the taste and the water.
