I need help!
My name is Phyllis. I dont really know how to work this thing but i have a lot of bold spots in my hair and i am also embarassed. I dyed my hair way too much & now my hair is falling out so bad. Okay, please don't think I've making fun of you, because this will sound like a joke. But I know several people that this has happened to (because of dying) and Rogaine for Women has worked wonders. It really does make your hair grow back. You can buy it in drugstores.
You also need to use super moisturizing shampoo and conditioner (Neutrogena makes a good one) and deep condition quite often. Oddly enough, olive oil works really well.
