my cell bill was over 200$ and i don't know how it happened. i have unlimited text and unlimited internet use (which we pay a standard fee per month for) and my sister, who uses her phone as often as i do and in the same way only had a bill of about 40$.
if we pay to have, like, 1500 minutes (between the 4 of us in our family) what would cause my bill to be 200$?
please don't tell me to call them, we're going to, i just want an idea of what could make my bill so high.
The best bet is to contact your cellular telephone provider and ASK THEM for an explanation !!!!!!
You do not say if you are discovering this on your BILL or if you found that out any other way, so, I presume you have a document to refer to in this.
You are not at all being clear on your cellular telephone service. You say "we"... do you all share your cellular telephone bill with individual cell-phones??? Or do you have separate billings?
There are many hidden charges for cell-phones that do not appear on "land-lines". By the way, do you realize that ALL cell telephone calls go over the LAND LINES ???? Those cell-phone towers go directly into telephone lines that transfer the communication to another cell phone tower through a computer router!!!! There can be hidden fees in that depending on WHO OWNS THE CELL TOWER and over whose telephone lines the call is transferred !!!!!!! russianspy1234 answered Saturday August 9 2008, 3:00 pm: well your bill should have an itemized account of all the charges. perhaps you accidentlly called long distance? if your bill doesnt have a list of charges, you can check your account online through their website. if not that, then yes, you will have to call them. i suppose its possible they forgot to activate the unlimited data you ordered?
