Question Posted Saturday August 9 2008, 11:15 am

I'm 17/f and sexually active with my boyfriend of almost a year.
My vagina lets out discharge, and yes this is gross, but its only a little yellowish when i have to hold my pee or something. and also, like after i masterbate, it itches. & i rarely masterbate & it hasn't itched in awhile-
but not when i have sex with my boyfriend?

do i have a yeast infection?

I just do NOT understand you!

There is NOTHING more important to you than proper sexual hygiene, and you obviously do not know much about sexual matters yet you are sexually active!!!!

WHENEVER you have a medical question about anything abnormal with your sex, GO TO A DOCTOR RIGHT AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The longer you wait, the more difficult it is to treat, the more expensive it becomes, and the more drastic it becomes over time! This is ALWAYS true in every medical situation!!!!

Do not go asking us secretaries, truck drivers, plumbers, janitors, and teeny-bopper bubblegum-chewing movie actress wannabes what your problem is, GO TO A DOCTOR!!!! There can ALWAYS be a DIFFERENT problem than what you THINK it really is, and that is the best course... find out what is REALLY going on with you and get it treated fast! Going to the drug store for self-help remedies when you do not know exactly what is wrong is like doing surgery on yourself!

If you had a yeast infection you would know it. You would be CRAZY itchy and a really thick discharge. So I dont think you have one but if your not sure you can go to a doctor or just buy the at home treatment kits like monistat. If you have one that will take care of it.

hey =]

i had an yeast infection before & let me tell you, its horrible. It goes away in a few days if you treat it the right way, but you would know if you had an infection. You would be itching like crazy for a few days & A thick, white vaginal discharge that looks like cottage cheese would come out of you. (sorry for the details)

heres a site that you could go on to learn more about yeast infections.

if your still worried after you read more about it, then go to a doctor.

but before you panic be sure to read all the signs of a vaginal yeast infection. i'm sure its nothing.

if you need anymore advice just comment my inbox.

dont be shy.
