Hello there,
Nothing like a little spyware to ruin your day. :-(
"urlseek20.vmn.net" is a sign your computer is infected with a program called "Search Settings" among other names.
At the bottom of the link you have there:
"Powered by Search Settings"
"About Search Settings
Search Settings is an application that manages your default search settings and prevents unknown programs from altering them without your knowledge.
You can remove Search Settings from your system at any time. Click to see the removal directions for your Windows system: Vista, XP and 2000."
Windows Vista, Windows XP and Windows 2000 removal instructions:
Click on your Windows Start button and choose Settings > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. From the dialog box that appears, choose Search Settings and click Remove. For Vista users, Remove is referred to as Uninstall.
After you are done trying it their way, I would still run Lavasoft's AdAware:

... Select the free version on the left.
And Spybot Search and Destroy:

... to see what other spyware besides that "urlseek20.vmn.net" re-director might be on your computer system.
If there are problems with removal, please feel free to ask another question.
