1. I don't think anything bad is going to happen because you don't wear a bra everyday.

2. It depends on the person whether they sag or not.

3. I would wear one during the day and then take it off and don't sleep with one. They need time to grow without something being on them. Hope this helps!

1. Maybe, but probably not. If you're young, the chances are even slimmer because they're still growing.

2. Again, maybe. Nobody can tell you for sure, as we're not doctors or anything.

3. You should wear a bra, but only from the time you wake up until the time when you go to bed. Wearing it while you sleep doesn't do anything but make you uncomfortable.

You should wear a bra, otherwise your breasts will sag. You don't want to wear one 24/7 it's not healthy. Your breasts need time to air out, so if you wear a bra during the day then you sleep without one. I would wear a sports bra during the day and then nothing at home. Try getting out more though. Volunteer somewhere local. Have fun with your life. Live each day like it's your last.

Well, generally, with having kids and with age, your breasts to kind of just.. end up a little lower than originally. They sag, yeah.

Nothing's wrong with your breasts just because you aren't comfortable in your bra. Maybe you should find a different size or fit or style all together. Loads of women wear the wrong bra size, too- next time you go panty shopping, just ask a sale's girl to measure you to see what you are. If you were measured the last time you went- you sound young, it's entirely possible that you grew. No worries.

You don't have to [and probably shouldn't] wear your bra twenty four seven. I've heard of women obsessively wearing theirs to prevent sagging, but seriously. You have to let your body breath, and relax. If you don't feel comfortable not wearing your bra around your house, try a sports bra. It keeps you together without the underwire or the push up and together of most bras.

:]I hope that helped.
