What's the point in getting boots if you wouldn't be comfortable? I know they'd look good and everything, but you wouldn't be able to walk for a while if you got a huge blister on your toe or something. It depends on the store you're getting them from, but usually for a few dollars more, they'll let you special order your size if they don't have it in stock. just ask one of the employee's there if that option's available. If you're shopping online, I'm sure you can find the same boots (or, at least boots fairly close to the ones you want) on Ebay or something. Or you could just wait until they restock. Then you might be able to find your size.

If you're willing to put up with that then get them, but relying on the possibility of them stretching out might disappoint you. Consider that before buying a pair of boots you might never wear. It is only half a size, though, so you might be all right. Buy them from a site or store with a good return policy though. Sometime stores will ship other sizes to you for free.
