You can do it for free on:
www.photobucket.com

First, you upload the images you want to photoshop.
Second, you click EDIT on the picture you want to photoshop.
Third, everything else from there is self-explanatory!

well, if you have a mac, i would suggest going to the apple store.
if you're on windows, you should go to office depot.

it's an expensive program, though. if you don't want to pay anything for it, i'd suggest getting a more generic one for free on the internet, like maybe graphic converter.

two reasons not to get it on limewire/bearshare/kazaa:

one: it's a really big program, and it will take you literally forever to download.

two: that's stealing, which, last time i checked, is illegal.

okay so youu could go to a place like office depot, or just google it on the internet.
it is very expensive though.
my version was $150 but it isn't the best one.
i think it's like the 2nd version? idk but it works perfectly. if you have the money i would say buy the better versions. and also if your really serious about it. it' definately a fun program :)
heres a link to it.

It's $600. You can get it here:

Photoshop is for professionals. That's why it's so expensive. A regular person doesn't need Photoshop.

Everyone you know with Photoshop either payed the ridiculous amount of money for it or they downloaded it illegally (which I can not explain here). There is no way to freely download Photoshop legally.

Read my answer here for a list of free software similar to Photoshop:

Paint.net is probably all you need.
