So you may want to keep a food diary? Just remember to eat healthy and exercise regularly. You may not get results like 10-15 pounds lost in five days, BUT it's healthy and you will lose the weight, you just have to wait a little longer. Second: There is no HEALTHY way to lose weight in less than a week. There are probably ways out there but you're going to pay for it in the long run.
