what kind of healthy diet can i go on that will help me lose weight fast?

People love salmon and such. I'm not a fish person but I hear tons of people craving over fish. It's healthy and I heard it's tastey. I prefer white meat, but it's a prefrence. I do eat tuna and halibat.
2. Yogurt. Yum. There are so many delcious flavors out there you will find your favorite flavor. I love blueberries and strawberries. I get Yoplait.
3. Rice. Healthy and delicious. Goes with everything and you can eat it in numerous and delicious ways.
3. Fruits and Veggies. Avocado is healthy. Blueberries too. Any fruit is healthy in general and veggies.
Eat in reasonable meals and healthy exercise. There's not real way for losing weight fast actually. It's hard and that's the only way. no pain no gain. there are pills for those who have a tough time losing fat but that's a different story. Breakfast is very important to a healthy diet. Seriously. Yo-yo dieting does not work. You lose the weight for a short period of time, however, once you begin eating "normally" again, you gain it all back. What you need is a lifestyle change that will gradually help you lose weight and keep you healthy. Like weight watchers.
sally91 answered Friday July 25 2008, 7:33 pm: hey i dont recomend going on a diet they never really work so the best thing to do is to start eating healthy like fruit and veg and stay away from bad foods like chips, lollys, fizzy drink and take out ect.
its ok to treat yourself every once and a while so you dont miss out but not all the time.
also do a little bit of excercise everyday like walking the dog or walking with a friend, running, bike riding or even palates. just 20 mins a day will help you so do something you enjoy.
