okay so i got this friend named erica and we just started bieng friends like 3 weeks ago but anyways me and her always talked but we didnt really hang out in school cuz her and her boyfriend were always together in love for a year. well now that its the summer her n her bf broke up and she had no one else to hang with except me so i let her chill with me and go to clubs and stuff but everyday she would talk about her ex and always cried over him and he dont even care about her anymore. he gets drunk everynight to forget her and his family and friends lie about erica and say she cheated on him just so he wouldnt get back with her. but ya ericas all in love still and hurt over him i tell her to just forget him but i know its hard for her. then the other day she told me she tool like 10 darvasets(pills/painkillers) and i got so scared cuz i didnt know what effect they would have on her shes so tiny and skinny. so i told her to come to my house and talk and she said she just felt like dying because she had nothing to live for she said her family ignores her and doesnt care and that she lost her love for good and all she had was me. then the pills got to her she was throwing up and falling everywhere she barely could breath. i was scared home alone with her with no clue what to do. i then let her fall asleep on my bed and i kept waking her up once in a while. i thought my own friend was gonna die right in front of me.
this is to much for me i dont know what to do when shit like this happends to my friends im not a counsler
what do i do to help erica get over her ex?

You are a true friend, but I'm sorry to say there is nothing you can do. Your friend sounds like she needs professional help. Talk to her about seeing a counselor...
As for your OD scare, next time call 911 immediately.
Help her see that she does need help and it's okay to get it.

How do you know when you are completely over some one and ready to date again becasue I am in a bit of this sitation..after I broke up with my intense boyfriend..like 2 weeks later I am going out with another guy..is that okay or am i moving too fast and not thinking about what might happen?

There is no set time you should wait...Do what you feel ready for.
When you can look at him or talk to him without feeling any sadness, regret, anger, or longing, you're ready to move on. Make sure you really feel for this new guy, and you're not coping for a broken heart.

Don't think of him as a girl...
think of him as who he is. Find some common ground (do you like the same sports?) and accept the differences because that's what makes everyone unique.

i get like 10 or 11 hours of sleep in the night and then the next day i'm always sleepy and tired the whole entire day for some reason.

My boyfriend and I have only been going out for a week or two. We're pretty good friends, though. He's straight edge. I, however, am not; I drink casually and smoke from time to time. He doesn't know this. I'm pretty sure he'd be mad at me if he ever knew I had tried it. Your life choices shouldn't be a secret. Whether he agrees with them or not, if he loves you he'll respect your choices. Don't start secrets early. Trust is one of the biggest parts of a good relationship.

I had an ultrasound image taken of my baby at about 13 weeks. Immediately after the picture was taken, I could see on the screen my baby flailing his arms and legs; and generally moving about in my womb. Did the picture taking impact upon him at all? I mean, did he know / feel the machine taking his picture? I am worried it might affect him adversely. (link)

Every single "lose weight fast" diet is a hoax. Those diets usually starve you of nutrients and vitamins you need. Diets like that make you lose weight fast...but you put it back on just as fast also.
If you are serious about losing weight do it the right way by eating the right foods and exercising daily. That's the best way to lose weight and keep it off. Losing weight means a change in lifestyle.

Well my friend (female) she hates this guy that just asked me to go steady with him. I accepted but then I remembered that my friend and him had been going out 3 years ago and they've hated each other ever since they broke up. Your friend is probably hurt you're dating her ex. Understand where she's coming from, but don't base your decisions off of her. Think for yourself, if you like him, date him. Your friend shouldn't control your love life.
