Controlling co-worker I recently started a new job. My co-worker seems to be constantly nit-picking my work (she is not my boss or supervisor) and gets upset if I don't do things her way. I'm happy to have someone offer suggestions but these are not suggestions. They are criticisms. Our job involves lots of phone calls and she listens in, comments while I am on the phone and then tells me what she thinks I did wrong when I hang up. However, if I say something directly to her, THAT she doesn't hear. I love the job, love the other employees, but I don't know if I can stand much more of this. Someone else suggested talking to the boss about it but I have only been there a little over a month and do not want to be seen as a trouble-maker. What can I do?

I think it is a good idea to talk to your boss.
At the very another co-worker. Just tell them
you would like their advice on how to handle
this person properly because you do love the
job & would like to enjoy it! They will
appreciate you coming to them for advice. :) ]
