Sweet Sixteen
My sixteenth birthday is comin up and I am all out of ideas on what to do. Please tell me some activities that are affordable, little crafts we can do that will last a while, such as something different than just a friendship bracelet. Maybe some fun teen games that we could do in a mall ;) Or you can tell me what you did for your sixtennth birthday :) Something fun ~ thanks

I had a pinata at my sweet 16. I know it sounds dorky, but my friends and I really had a lot of fun. So, you can do something cute like that.
Craft ideas:
1. Decorate picture frames.
2. Decorate flower pots.
3. Make tie dye shirts.
4. Make those tie blankets.
5. [Start] making scrapbooks.

* Decorate everywhere with piles of Hershey's Kisses.
* Hearts and roses make wonderful decorations for this birthday party theme.
* Have a karaoke contest.
* Formal is very appropriate for this birthday. Have your guests dress in black and white.
* Try a nacho bar with all the fixin's.
* Have a 16 question trivia game about the birthday boy/girl.

one of the funnest things i think is haeing a huge neighborhood hunt.
you start by splitting up your friends into teams teams of two or three & coming up with a list of random household objects (example-packet of ketchup, papertowel, newpaper, plastic spoons/forks, soda bottles, pencils, etc.)
then give each team a list of the objects and send them hunting around to all your neighborhoods houses looking for these objects.
you can only get ONE object from each house and you simply get the objects by going to the door and asking.
be sure to tell them it's for a hunt though.
