Really big prob with my fam
ok most of the time me and my mom get along fairly well, but whenever im around my grandma, the whole world goes CRAZY. she acts like shes my mom all the time. i cant say anything about her to my mom or i get a big lecture about how shes my grandma and she wont be here for much longer. but sometimes i really dont care cause when my grandma comes over to our house she really acts like my mom,"clean this up, pick that up" its driving me crazy anyone wanna help me out here??

Maybe talk to your mom nicely. Don't start yelling or anything. Your grandma is your authority, you do need to listen to her. Just respect her. Your mom is right, she won't be there much longer. Might as well love her. Your gonna miss her when she is gone. I've been there. I hope everything works out for you.

All I can suggest is trying to talk calmly to your mom about it.
Don't get angry and don't whine, just try your best to have a mature conversation and mention that you don't like it and ask your mom kindly if she could suggest anything to help.
Your Grandma is similar to your mom and she does have partial right to tell you what needs to be done but she shouldn't be taking over, that's your mom's job.
Perhaps she's a naturally bossy person.
